Young Modernists
In partnership with Cincinnati Preservation, the Young Modernists Program was created to inspire and support the next generation of modern design collectors, preservationists, architects, and creatives.
This initiative provides young people with meaningful access to museum-quality modern design through hands-on experiences, industry conversations, and direct engagement with leaders in the field.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Young Modernists Program offers individuals ages 18–30 the opportunity to experience the 20th Century Cincinnati Vintage Modern Expo at the highest level.
Selected participants will gain early access to the show floor, engage with collectors, dealers, architects, and museum professionals, and build connections that support future academic and professional pursuits in design, architecture, preservation, and related fields.
This program reflects our commitment to growing the future of modernism through education, access, and community.
WHAT SELECTED APPLICANTS RECEIVE
A VIP M3 Pass to the 20th Century Cincinnati Vintage Modern Expo, including access to the Friday night VIP preview before the show opens to the public
A Young Preservationist Membership with Cincinnati Preservation for the 2026 year
An invitation to a talk and Sunday breakfast with 20CC and Cincinnati Preservation on February, 22, offering conversation and networking in a smaller setting
WHO CAN APPLY
Anyone ages 18–30
Students, emerging professionals, and early-career creatives are encouraged to apply
Applicants with interests in design, architecture, preservation, collecting, art history, or cultural stewardship
No prior experience is required. Curiosity and enthusiasm matter most!
